The Sun's Creation Energy is a gentle introduction to guided visualisation, taking you on a journey into the warm golden light of the Sun and its powerful pulse of creation.

Beginning with a clear preparation and grounding sequence, you are guided into stillness and brought into harmony between your Core Centre and Heart Centre. From this grounded and balanced state, you meet a higher Traveller Guide who accompanies you on your journey into the Sun's light.

Within the golden light of creation, you will explore the heart of creation and discover the resources of creation available to you. You will then enter a pool of liquid golden light, allowing yourself to become fully immersed in the light, love and highest serving creative potential available to you.
