In this guided visualisation, you work with your own life path of light, bringing greater clarity, direction and purposeful intention into the path ahead. You will explore the support available to you on the Path, strengthen what serves you most highly, and bring greater light and ease into your forward movement.

You will then engage your creative abilities directly with the path, creating an exchange of light, creative flows and purposeful intentions. The visualisation extends beyond the immediate future, opening the path towards longer-term cycles of creation and possibility.

Purpose is not necessarily one major thing we are destined to accomplish. It is present in everything we live, enact and create, with the small contributions we make each day accumulating over time.

In this visualisation you will:
• Connect more fully with your purposeful Life Path.
• Explore and strengthen the spiritual and practical support around your path.
• Bring mindful intention to what you wish to clear and strengthen.
• Engage your creative abilities with the energy of your life path.

Recommended for those who already have some experience of subtle energy awareness, energetic visualisation or related meditation practice.

Intermediate Level – (32 Minutes Visualisation, 7 Minutes Tutorial)

This is a purposeful, active visualisation rather than a meditation centred primarily on stillness and receptivity. It is designed to help you work consciously with the energetic imagery of your life path and the higher support surrounding it.
